Ways to order and pay for your hand built rod

The route to better and stylish fishing starts here because ordering your custom built hand made rod, could not be simpler. Tour round the site to get an idea of exactly what you require and what you want it to do and then make contact.

You can call to make an appointment to talk over your requirements in person, if that is a handy solution for you.

You can send in the enquiry form outlining your needs, we will then quickly get back in touch with you to listen to your ideas.

Whichever method you choose you can be assured of a speedy and professional service. Your rod will be of outstanding quality and beauty carrying a guarantee of a full twelve months*, to give you peace of mind fishing and a product that will give years of service.

In the unlikely event of you not being fully satisfied with your purchase we will be pleased to exchange or credit in full, except carriage costs, providing the rod(s) are received in unmarked and clean condition within ten days.

Easy ways to pay 

At the time of ordering a deposit of 50% is required. As soon as your rod is ready for despatch you will be invoiced for the final amount which is due before delivery. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct at time of publication.** On completion of your fishing rod(s) you will be advised of the shipping costs which are made only on the delivery charge. All packing etc. is free

Delivery in the UK is two to three days.

Payment can be cash or bank transfer.

* In extreme case where a rod blank fails due to a manufacturing fault we will opt to repair or replace the defective item free of charge. The warranty does not cover rod failure due to misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. This does not  affect your statutory rights.

**Prices are subject to alteration without notice due to fluctuating prices of raw carbon and other materials, including exchange rates. The exception to this is where a price has been agreed and a deposit  paid.
